Each porthole has been enhanced and strengthened for a tighter, leak-free seal that will last year after year. Durable Construction: The Coleman Above Ground Pool doesn’t require any tools to set up, and it’s built to last. The corrosion and rust resistant steel frame is equipped with our Seal & Lock System for a sturdy, secure and simple frame connection. Shipping (please read)
This is a large/heavy item, weighing nearly 300 lbs, and will typically be shipped via hired driver or through one of our partners.  Alternatively, we may ship in two or three smaller boxes (including the manufacturers box modified to reduce girth) in order to avoid freight shipping rates.  In
many cases
, the pool will arrive within 2 - 7 business days, but please allow up to 14 business days.  The free floatie ring or beach ball may be shipped separately.

We inspect and test every item I sell unless it's sealed in the original packaging.
We include a full description of every item(s) in the listing.
Most listings include at least one photo showing one or more of the actual item(s) being sold.
We sell a wide variety of items.  The condition is always disclosed truthfully as New, New-Other or Used.  We do not sell items that we know are non-functional, unless the condition is listed as "For Parts/Not Working".  Items in New condition may have distressed packaging in some cases, and we will be sure to show this in the photos.

Returns/Exchanges/Issues
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.
It is your responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing.
Items returned for a reason other than DOA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, which includes all parts and packaging.
If the item does not match the description or is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us before opening a case with eBay or leaving feedback as those options complicate an otherwise easy fix.  We can usually send you parts or do an exchange/return for a full refund.
