You are looking at a Champion Jersey autographed by Walter Payton. Walter was arguably the best running back in NFL history and he lived his short life up to his nickname "Sweetness". I was fortunate enough to work on the sidelines for the Chicago Bears in the 80's and early 90's and have several items singed by Walter. I am thinning my collection out and have all of my Walter Payton autographed items certified by James Spence (JSA) who in my opinion is the best authentication company in business when it comes to sports autographs. Most have the letter of authenticity (LOA) since Walters signature is considered a premium signature by most authentication companies. This jersey is a size 44 as labelled on the tag on the lower front of the jersey. This is a thinner material jersey so probably not a team issued jersey but an aftermarket version. The signature is in black sharpie and shows well if displayed. Walter also inscribed it with his jersey number 34. Check out the photos carefully because the jersey in the photos as well as the letter of authenticity is exactly what you will be receiving. This is a chance to get this jersey at a low price compared to all of the other jerseys, even the ones that have not been authenticated.
