Vintage Solex carburettor manual from the library of Sonny Angel. Original, not a reproduction. This came from Sonny's collection in good condition. Covers Type VB/VA and HF/AH self-starting carburetors. Good condition, see photos.
Sonny performed an apprenticeship at Vincent HRD in Stevenage for six months in 1951. He returned home and opened Sonny Angel Motorcycles in National City, California in 1953. He stayed in business for 61 years, selling 48 different brands of motorcycles. In 1955, he rode his 1949 Rapide to 144.69 MPH at the Bonneville Salt Flats, and 144.95 in 1981. He sold/repaired/restored hundreds of Vincent motorcycles over the years.
